Dr. David C. Ash graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in 1981 where he was the Department of Anatomy Clinical Instructor from 1980-1981. He completed his Internship and Residency at the Medical College of Virginia in 1985. While attending the Medical College of Virginia he was a clinical instructor as well as Chief Resident in 1985. Dr. Ash received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green University in 1977 graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Dr. Ash is dedicated to providing his patients with the highest level of care. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Stark County Dental Society, and Akron Dental Society. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and Diplomate of American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also the vice-president of the Stark County Dental Society and Assistant Clinical Professor at Case Western Reserve University Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program. Dr. Ash is actively involved on the state level in committees with the Ohio Dental Association.

Dr. Ash lives in Canton, Ohio, with his wife Erin Ash, and their children Chris, Nathaniel, Andrew, Benjamin, and Meara. He and his family enjoy numerous activities including sailing, which Dr. Ash has done on a competitive level.
